Masala Chai is a Desi staple drink that originated in South Asia. Another variation is Saffron Chai (also known as Kesar Masala Chai) where the Saffron adds a bit of earthy sweet tones to it. You can make a Masala-Saffron Chai or both are great for different sipping occasions.
